Bio Farma Socialize Collective Labour Agreement 2018-2020
Bio Farma held a socialization of the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) 2018-2020, which was attended by about 1000 employees at Gedung Serba Guna Bio Farma on Monday afternoon, March 12, 2018.
Attended by Disril Revolin Putra, Director of Human Resources and General Affairs, M. Usman Chairman of Employee Association (HIKA) Bio Farma and Wawan Setiawan, Head of HR Division.
According to Disril Revolin Putra “this socialization is very important for employees to understand the rights and obligations, the company is committed to fulfill of employee welfare aspects both according to normative rules and some additional benefits in accordance with the conditions of the company, this is to increase productivity” said Disril.
Wawan Setiawan, Head of Human Resources Division Bio Farma accompanied by Erman Tritama as PPKB (Collective Labour Agreement team) explained and discussed the articles applicable to new CLA compare to the previous period, and informed important changes to CLA for period 2018-2020.
“Some of the changes to this CLA 2018-2020, among others, concerning changes in corporate policies, employee discipline that affects to employee welfare, change of working time, recreation for employees, and health insurance“ said Wawan.
Employees are also given the opportunity to discuss directly and responses to the new CLA. With the socialization of the Collective Labour Agreement 2018-2020, Bio Farma is expected, to have more solid employees and continue to innovate, to improve corporate innovation to achieve better performance targets in 2018.
