Bio Farma Wins IDC Future Enterprise Awards 2022 Indonesia

(Bandung 5/10) On October 5, 2022, at the IDC DX Summit & Future Enterprise Awards 2022 ASEAN, International Data Corporation (IDC) announced Bio Farma as the winner of the "Best in Future of Connectedness" category at the IDC Future Enterprise Awards 2022 Indonesia.

Bio Farma was successfully selected due to its ability to demonstrate extraordinary digital transformation project planning and implementation in improving company performance. Meanwhile, the IDC Future Enterprise Awards honor businesses for their technology-enabled resilience in overcoming obstacles and disruptions in a fast-paced and digital environment.

“It is an honor and marks the spirit of the Bio Farma group to transform the healthcare business in Indonesia. Our organization is a leading state-owned company in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, and now we are embarking on a comprehensive digital transformation journey," said Bio Farma's Director of Transformation & Digital, Soleh Ayubi.

Furthermore, Soleh Ayubi stated that Bio Farma aims to realize its vision of creating the first integrated digital health service ecosystem in Indonesia and the world through Medbiz as one of its approaches.

"Medbiz is our market for customers B2B, this project consolidates businesses in one seamless web and mobile application." Soleh Ayubi explained.

The driving force behind Medbiz is to create an anchor for B2B business, placing all the distribution businesses that Bio Farma carries in one market. 

Soleh Ayubi explained that the platform is closely monitored from the command center with state-of-the-art business analytics and fast troubleshooting as a plus for all customers.

”With this platform, we eliminate all the old-fashioned business nooks. And we make business easier for ourselves and our customers. Something we want to emulate in all of our projects and all of our businesses." added Soleh Ayubi.

Then, it was stated that the winners in each country would be directly included in the IDC Future Enterprises Awards in the Asia Pacific arena which was announced on October 26 in Singapore.
